Return/Exchange:

We offer full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt either by phone or email.

No Return or Exchange on Christening Outfits, Christening Shoes, Socks and Accessories.

We DO NOT refund shipping charges.

Orders that have “Free Shipping” and are being Returned, Shipping Charges will be Deducted from the Total Refund. 

Shipping Charges will Apply on the Items being Exchanged.

Any damages MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Items for return must be in its original condition and all tags attached. We do not warranty any damages done to the item after it’s been used.
